We have known George since he was eight. Joann, his stepmother was our maid of honor. Norman was witness for the civil wedding of Joann and Panos, George’s father.

In Greece, a family grows through means other than marriage and birth. Witnessing a wedding or baptizing a child makes you part of that family.
